Arrival\/Departure:
\n\u2022 Camping pitches are rented from 2 p.m. to 2 p.m. regardless of the day of arrival.
\n\u2022 Arrivals of Mobile Home Rentals are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. (7 p.m. September\/October) and departures from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. max. \u2022 Arrivals of Equipped Tent Rentals are from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. (7 p.m. September\/October) and departures from 7am to 10am max.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n– Any departure time overrun will result in the invoicing of an additional night.<\/p>\n
– The number and identification of participants in the stay must absolutely correspond to the reservation. The number may not exceed the maximum provided for in the contract depending on the type of rental or location.<\/p>\n
– Any rental or pitch not taken on the scheduled arrival date (without written proof) will be considered as canceled and free, thus being able to be resold by the campsite. The deposit or the balance paid will be lost and acquired at the campsite without the possibility of reimbursement.<\/p>\n
3\/ CANCELLATION \/ EARLY DEPARTURE \/ REFUND<\/h2>\n
– Early departure :<\/p>\n
Pitches and Rentals: No early departure will give rise to any reimbursement unless you subscribe to the Camping’s cancellation insurance.<\/p>\n
– Cancelation :<\/p>\n
Pitches and Rentals (if you do not subscribe to cancellation insurance): Cancellation by you, the 30% deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.<\/p>\n
– The full amount paid will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival.<\/p>\n
Exception: Except in the event of a pandemic where travel restrictions or even confinement or closing of borders would be imposed by a State, Region, Department or Municipality, all sums already received will be reimbursed.<\/p>\n
In the event of cancellation of any reservation by us or by an external fact, no amount will be due and all amounts already received will be refunded.<\/p>\n
4\/ INSURANCE<\/h2>\n
– It is possible to take out cancellation insurance through the Campsite when booking.
\nDo not hesitate to ask us about this, see the conditions below in the appendices.<\/p>\n
VISA or MASTERCARD owners, check if you do not already have a \u201cTravel cancellation insurance\u201d option in your contract.<\/p>\n
5\/ DEPOSITS FOR RENTALS<\/h2>\n
Checks and Bank Loans are accepted (not cashed). The amounts are as follows:<\/p>\n
– \u20ac100 for the Nomad 15-2 as a guarantee for cleaning and equipment;
\n– \u20ac250 in equipment guarantee for Mobile Homes;
\n+ \u20ac50 to \u20ac60 in cleaning guarantee for Mobile Homes (if cleaning option not subscribed and depending on the rental period)<\/p>\n
Returned on the day of departure after inspection by our rental services, in your presence, minus any breakage, loss or damage noted on the equipment or if cleaning has not been carried out under the conditions detailed in the form provided to your arrival.<\/p>\n
A price sheet will be provided to you upon arrival detailing each cost in the event of damage.<\/p>\n
Think about your Civil Liability Insurance
\nThe deposits must be provided by an adult residing in the rental during the period of stay. A participant cannot therefore provide several deposits for different rentals.<\/p>\n
These deposits guarantee you the perfect cleanliness and the complete inventory of the Rental.<\/p>\n
6\/ ANIMALS AT THE CAMPSITE<\/h2>\n
Our animal friends are accepted (except Equipped Tents) on the campsite provided:
\n– To be 2 maximum per pitch;
\n– To be kept on a leash within the campsite, stray animals are prohibited;
\n– To respect the calm surrounding: the inopportune barking of dogs is not tolerated;
\n– Not to be left outside in your absence;
\n– Not to be locked in a vehicle\/rental under strong heat;<\/p>\n
In mobile home rentals, you will be charged an additional \u20ac5\/night per animal for your stay.<\/p>\n
7\/ TOBACCO<\/h2>\n
For your comfort and in compliance with the law, ALL PUBLIC PREMISES (Reception, Sanitary block, Common playground, Bicycle shelter) and RENTAL AREAS are NON-SMOKING.<\/p>\n
